We offer free teen dentistry for New Zealand’s teenagers. This applies for basic dental treatment in children from Year 9 in high school, all the way until their 18th birthday.
Good oral care habits begin in the early years. SmartDentist® has an adolescent oral health services contract with the Ministry of Health that enables us to provide this valuable service for our teens to give them a great start to their adult years.
This free service includes ONE basic dental examination appointment per calendar year. Basic hygiene and xrays, dental sealants, root canal therapy and tooth colored fillings are also included for free if needed.
*Please note there may be some exclusions. Any Airflow® or orthodontic related treatments is not included.

All free teen care appointments must be booked either by phone or email request. We will contact you for an appointment as soon as we have received your enrolment form.
